Consequence of Defect

the front and/or rear tank mounting straps can crack or break.

Corrective Action

broken mounting straps will allow the fuel tank to drop to the pavement resulting in a fuel leak and possible vehicle fire.

Recall Notes

a revised front and rear fuel tank mounting strap will be installed and a middle strap will be installed.
