Consequence of Defect

the primary side brake cup within the master cylinder may fail causing loss of brake fluid line pressure in one-half of the dual braking system.

Corrective Action

this would cause reduced braking effectiveness andincreased stopping distances that could result in an accident.

Recall Notes

replace master cylinder.
