Corrective Action

wheel separation could result in an accident.

Recall Notes

replace original equipment lug bolts with loc tite lug bolts.

valve stem may become unseated while burner control knob is being turned allowing gas to escape. consequence of defect: gas seepage around the base of the valve stem could result in a fire.
