Consequence of Defect

on certain transit buses equipped with detroit diesel series c-60 engines, the electronic control module (ecm) will require to be reprogrammed to current mainframe calibrations.

Corrective Action

reprogramming the ecm will prevent the potential of a turbocharger failure from progressing to an engine compartment fire.
