Consequence of Defect

tires do not comply with federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 119, "new pneumatic tires for vehicles other than passenger cars". when tires were subjected to an endurance performance test the steel belts within the tire separated.

the dealer will replace the recall tires at no charge to the owner.
